Flower Gaurantee:
Flowers 4 Nelson uses fresh flowers and foliage in your orders; but in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your flowers please let us know as soon as you can so we can arrange a replacement and collect the original flowers so that the cause of their failure can be assessed.
It is important for Flowers 4 Nelson to know of any flowers that have failed to ensure that we do not use them in other orders and so that the growers can be informed.
You must let us know within 48 hours of delivery for a claim for replacement flowers.
Flowers 4 Nelson provides good flower care instructions ( on the back of the delivery card) with each flower order; so that the flowers you order for delivery will last well if these instructions are followed.

Florist Products:
Most floristry product is natural product (that is the joy of receiving flowers) and is therefore influenced by the environment and other conditions of nature. Sometimes certain flowers are just not available on the day. The images on this web site are an indication of what your order will be like.
If a product is not available for any reason, substitutions will be necessary, in such circumstances Flowers 4 Nelson will not be required to notify you, but will complete your order using other beautiful product of the same or greater value.
Your order will always be made with care; and care taken to maintain your chosen style and theme.
If we are unable to fill your order and we feel substitutions would not be appropriate for that order you will be contacted wherever possible and your payment will be reimbursed (if payment has already been collected)

Cancellations:
Cancellation of your order is permitted up until mid day NZ standard time on the day before it is due to be delivered. A processing fee of $15 will be deducted from the amount credited back to you.
